3. Can we provide online training materials and printable test, and have the student take the test at home and deliver it to WTCHD along with fee?

4. What kind of feed back from the testing process do you need at WTCHD?

This program is already set up and in use for several counties in West Virginia.  They charge the student $10.00  - $20.00

90 minute audio/visual course, allow 2 attempts, pass percentage => 70%, several languages, printed version for people that prefer hard copy learning. They will provide localized exams.  Practice exams for a fee. ($10.00)

Plesants County is $15.00
